Printing machine from the production of the top German manufacturer Heidelberg. The maximum paper size for this machine is 740 × 530 mm, which allows printing in B2 format in up to five colours or 4 colours + printing varnish. It is a modern machine using the latest technologies to achieve top prints with a very short preparation time for a new order. Thanks to the fast preparation of printing, the machine is able to produce even a few small orders per hour. The spectrum of printed material is from 40 to 600 g / m2.

Modern printing machine of the latest generation of B1 format equipped with online painting equipment, including UV painting from the production of the top German manufacturer KBA. The maximum paper size for this machine is 1050 × 740 mm, which allows printing in B1 format in up to five colours + dispersion or UV varnish. It is a modern machine using the latest technologies to achieve top prints with a very short preparation time for a new order. The spectrum of printed material is from 40 to 800 g / m2.

Top colour registration is guaranteed thanks to the ACR Control camera video system, enabling accurate and fast registration settings. The camera continuously registers any changes in colour registration, which the computer evaluates and automatically performs side, perimeter, and diagonal register corrections for each print unit separately. In a very short time, the exact registration of the print is set and continuously evaluated.
Eight-colour B2 format printing machine produced by the German company Koenig & Bauer – KBA Rapida 74-8 SW4. The machine works in either single-sided or double-sided printing. It is a machine printing in the maximum format B2. A wide range of materials from 40 to 500 g / m2 can be printed.

All our printing machines are equipped with modern counters with an integrated spectrophotometric scanner for continuous control of print quality and colour.
We perform regular calibrations and colour certifications on each printing machine so that we can always deliver printing in the highest quality and exactly the required colour.
The high standardization of printing is aided by the addition of a powerful Densitronic S spectrophotometric workstation, which can not only check the printed scales, but also monitor any place on the sheet surface. The operator can thus choose problematic places on the sheet to be monitored, and the counter automatically checks the selected areas of printing, which guarantees the exact required colour of printing during the printing of the entire job.
Another municipality guaranteeing very good colour is the equipment of the printer with a central distribution of high-quality printing inks from Sun Chemical. To achieve colour stability in all conditions, our printing machines have water-tempered inking cylinders, thanks to which standardized printing results and colour design can be achieved even in very hot or cold periods.
